Payment Method

There are a few payment methods available for you to shop online with us. Follow the steps below to complete your purchase smoothly.

On the checkout page, kindly log in if you have purchased before or already have an account with us. You need to fill in your details with your complete address first before you can select your shipping and payment method. If this is your first purchase, you need to create an account to be eligible for AINAA Points.

1. Online Banking (FPX)

You can make a payment via internet banking, choosing from the list of banks available in Malaysia. After filling in your details, you will be redirected to the Billplz payment page. To complete your transaction:

  1. Go to the Online Banking section.
  2. Select your preferred bank.
  3. Click PAY.

You will then be redirected to the online banking login page to complete your transaction.

2. E-wallet

We welcome and provide access to the seamless convenience of digital payments for our customers. Hence, it is now possible to pay for your orders with e-wallets. Our e-wallet partners are Boost, Touch 'n Go eWallet, ShopeePay, GrabPay and Maybank QR Pay.

After filling in your details, you will be redirected to the Billplz payment page. To complete your transaction:

  1. Go to the Wallet section.
  2. Select your preferred e-wallet.
  3. Click PAY.

You will then be redirected to your preferred e-wallet login page to complete your transaction.

3. Debit and Credit Card (Local Only)

We accept all local VISA and Mastercard cards, both Credit and Debit, with 3D security (Verified by VISA and Mastercard). Currently, we do not accept BigPay and Wise cards. After filling in your details, you will be redirected to the Billplz payment page. To complete your transaction:

  1. Go to the Card section.
  2. Select the VISA/Mastercard logo.
  3. Click PAY.

You will then be redirected to the card payment page to complete your transaction. Your card details are fully encrypted and never stored on our server.

4. Cash On Delivery – COD

Cash on Delivery, or "COD – Barang sampai baru bayar", is only available for Semenanjung Malaysia. If you choose COD payment, we will send you a confirmation WhatsApp message or call. We will not process your order until we receive your confirmation. This is an important measure to prevent scams.

After the order is processed, you will be contacted through phone calls or SMS by our delivery partners upon delivery. You need to prepare a sufficient cash amount and make CASH payment to our delivery partner representative. Please note that bank transfer, cheque, QR pay, or any other payment method is not accepted for Cash on Delivery.

5. Buy Now Pay Later and Installment – GrabPay

Elevate your shopping experience with Buy Now Pay Later by GrabPay, with no extra charge and no hidden fee (0% interest). We offer this payment option for purchases of RM150 and above.

To use this facility, you need to activate PayLater in your GrabPay app. Not all GrabPay users are eligible for the PayLater facility. To learn more about Grab PayLater, kindly click here.

HOW-TO

After filling in your details on the checkout page, select GrabPay – 4 month installment payment and click With Payment. You will be redirected to the GrabPay login page. Please note that this payment method will only be available on the checkout page when the purchase value is RM150 and above (including shipping). You can use any device, whether computer, mobile, or tablet.

There are three payment options offered by GrabPay:

  • GrabPay – buy now, pay now (normal payment).
  • Grab PayLater Postpaid – buy now, pay in full next month. 0% interest, no hidden fee.
  • Grab PayLater Installments – spread your payment over 4 months. Buy now, pay only 1/4 of the price. 0% interest, no hidden fee.

After logging into your GrabPay account, complete your purchase as follows:

  1. Add an offer (promo code) or redeem GrabRewards if you have one.
  2. Choose your desired payment method.
  3. Click Continue.

Click Confirm Purchase to complete your transaction. Kindly wait until you are redirected back to our website to make sure your purchase is successful.
